PETALING JAYA: Kejuruteraan Asastera Bhd (KAB) has entered into an agreement with Energy Opti-misation (Thailand) Co Ltd (EOT) to undertake an energy performance contract.
KAB told Bursa Malaysia that the contract entails a chiller opti-misation for Robinson department stores located in Central Grand Rama 9 and Robinson Lifestyle Prachinburi.
Under the agreement, KAB is entitled to 70% of the revenue payments to EOT from energy savings of its client as well as subsidy from Thailand’s Ministry of Energy, on a monthly basis as a result of the implementation works.
According to the terms in the agreements, KAB will perform the installation, commissioning and training of the chiller optimisation system at its own cost and expense.
The group also has submit a monthly energy report and guarantees an energy saving from the system will not be less than 10%.
