PETALING JAYA: Ideal United Bintang International Bhd and PR1MA Corporation Malaysia will jointly undertake a development in Bandar Gelugor, Penang with a gross development value of RM828.6 million.
The group told Bursa Malaysia that its wholly owned subsidiary Ideal Capital Venture Sdn Bhd had on January 21 signed a head of terms with PR1MA for the development spanning across 16.24 acres of land.
“This development is expected to contribute positively towards the revenue and earnings of Ideal in accordance with the stage of progress to be recognised over the next three to five financial years.”
At the midday break, Ideal’s share price gained 2 sen to RM1.80 with 518,700 shares changing hands.
