BLand signs Jaya Grocer as anchor tenant for The Tropika

BUKIT JALIL: Berjaya Land Bhd (BLand) has signed Jaya Grocer as the anchor tenant for the RM720 million The Tropika, Bukit Jalil.

BLand’s subsidiary Berjaya Golf Resort Bhd this morning entered into a lease agreement with Jaya Grocer operator Trendcell Sdn Bhd, which will see Trendcell run a Jaya Grocer store with food and beverage outlets at the commercial space of The Tropika in about two-and-a-half years.

Jaya Grocer will take up 23,695 sq ft of commercial space.

The commercial space of The Tropika also features two-storey dual frontage office lots ranging from 3,316 sq ft to 3,814 sq ft and retail space ranging from 752 sq ft to 1,677 sq ft.

The Tropika is a gated and guarded residence located on 6.5 acres of freehold and in Bukit Jalil.
